Ordering & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping or local pickup?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $75 Local pickup may be available—reach out to us before placing your order to confirm. Our facility is located in Scottsdale, AZ.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it straight to your doorstep.
What if my package arrives damaged or missing items?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if applicable. We’ll make it right.
Products & Ingredients
Are your spices organic?
The majority of the ingredients used in our blends are certified organic, however, our products do not carry an organic certification. Organic ingredients are noted as such on each product label's ingredient statement.
Do your blends contain allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, etc.)?
If a blend contains one of the Top 9 allergens, we are legally required to note which specific allergen is used on the product's label. Our products do not carry a gluten-free certification and are produced in a facility that also handles common allergens, so we always recommend caution if you have severe sensitivities.
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes—our spices and herbs are sourced from suppliers who share our commitment to clean, non-GMO ingredients. However, our products do not carry a non-GMO certification.
Do you use artificial flavors, preservatives, or fillers?
Never. Every blend is made from real herbs, spices, and natural ingredients—nothing more, nothing less.
Storage & Shelf Life
How long do your spices stay fresh?
For the best flavor, we recommend using your blends within 12–18 months of purchase.
What’s the best way to store spice blends?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight—like a pantry or cupboard. Avoid storing them over the stove where heat and steam can dull their flavor.
Do your blends expire?
Spices don’t really “expire,” but they do lose potency over time. You’ll know it’s time to replace a blend if the aroma and flavor aren’t as strong as they used to be.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because spices are food products, we can’t accept returns once jars are opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, we’ll happily send a replacement. Please email us at contact@heirloomspiceco.com.
Can I exchange a product if I ordered the wrong one?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away and we can update it. Once it’s shipped, exchanges are possible after you have received you order, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
What if I don’t like a blend I purchased?
Taste is personal! While we can’t take returns on opened jars, please let us know—we’d love to recommend other blends you might enjoy and make it right however we can.
