Turn up taco night with these bold, flavor packed spicy chicken tacos. Juicy, seasoned chicken is coated in smoky carne asada spices, then tucked into warm tortillas and topped with a creamy jalapeño avocado lime sauce that brings just the right amount of heat and brightness.

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons Carne Asada Seasoning
- ½-1 whole jalapeño depending on heat preference
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro Lime Seasoning
- 8 street taco-size tortillas
- toppings such as red onion and fresh cilantro
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, toss chicken with oil and Carne Asada Seasoning until completely coated. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place jalapeño on a sheet pan and broil until charred on all sides. This can also be done on a grill or with a torch. Once cool enough to handle, scrape charred skin from jalapeño. Half the pepper and remove stem and seeds.
- Add the jalapeño, avocado, mayo, lime juice, and Cilantro Lime Seasoning to a food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
- Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until slightly charred and cooked through.
- Rest chicken on a cutting board for 5 minutes. Chop into bite size peices
- Serve chicken on tortillas with jalapeño avocado lime sauec and desired toppings.
