These Nashville Hot Dogs bring the heat with bold Nashville Hot Seasoning, balanced by cool and creamy ranch slaw made with our Ranch Seasoning. Finished with a crisp pickle wedge, they’re spicy, tangy, crunchy, and perfect for your next cookout.

Ingredients
¼ cup mayo
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons Ranch Seasoning
1 teaspoon sugar
3 cups chopped green cabbage
8 hot dogs
1 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons Nashville Hot Seasoning
8 hot dog buns, toasted if desired
8 pickle wedges
Directions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayo, Dijon, lemon juice, Ranch Seasoning, and sugar. Add cabbage and toss to coat in dressing. Refrigerate until serving.
Slice a cross hatch pattern in each hot dog.
Heat butter and oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat until butter is melted. Stir in Nashville Hot Seasoning. Add hot dogs and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until browned and crisp. Keep an eye on the heat to keep spices from burning.
Serve hots in buns with prepared slaw and a pickle wedge. Brush hot dogs with additional spicy oil from the skillet if desired.
