Ingredients

¾ cup mayo
-
¾ cup sour cream
-
3 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning

1 ½ pounds potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces, boiled, and cooled

8 ounces broccoli, finely chopped

4 strips cooked bacon, finely chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar
-
½ cup sliced scallions
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, and Ranch Seasoning.
Add cooked potatoes and mash slightly if desired to break down some of the potatoes.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until completely combined and coated in dressing. Refrigerate until serving.
