Ingredients
-
1 ½ pounds white fish, cut into bite size pieces or strips
-
3 tablespoons avocado oil
-
1 ½ tablespoons Jerk Seasoning
-
1 bell pepper, finely diced
-
1 mango, finely diced
-
¼ cup red onion, finely diced
-
1 avocado, finely diced
-
1 lime, zested and juiced
-
½ cup mayo
-
3 tablespoons verde hot sauce
-
½ lime, juiced
-
1 teaspoon Jerk Seasoning
-
8 (6-inch) tortillas
Directions
Add fish to a mixing bowl and toss with avocado oil and 1 ½ tablespoons Jerk Seasoning.
In a separate bowl, combine bell pepper, mago, red onion, avocado, lime zest and juice from 1 lime. Season with salt to taste. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, hot sauce, remaining lime juice, and remaining 1 teaspoon Jerk Seasoning until smooth. Set aside.
Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the fish and cook about 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of fish, or until cooked through: 140F.
In the same skillet, add the tortillas and heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
Assemble tacos with cooked fish, mango salsa, and prepared sauce.
