Bring the flavors of the Caribbean to burger night with these juicy Jerk Chicken Burgers. Seasoned with Heirloom Spice Co. Jerk Seasoning, each burger is topped with a crisp cilantro lime slaw and sweet grilled pineapple for the perfect balance of spice, freshness, and sweetness.
Ingredients

¼ cup mayo

½ lime, juiced

1 tablespoons Cilantro Lime Seasoning

4 cup shredded red cabbage
-
½ cup pickled red onion
-
1 pound ground chicken
-
2 tablespoons Jerk Seasoning

4 slices pineapple (core removed)

4 hamburger buns (we prefer brioche buns)
Directions
In bowl, whisk together mayo, lime juice, and Cilantro Lime Seasoning. Add the cabbage and pickled red onion; toss to combine in the dressing. Refrigerate until serving.
Mix together ground chicken and Jerk Seasoning until completely combined. Shape into 4 patties. Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until completely cooked through: 165ºF.
Grill pineapple for about 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized and softened.
Toast or grill buns.
Serve jerk chicken burgers on toasted buns with grilled pineapple and prepared slaw.
