Crispy baked chicken wings tossed in rich, garlicky cowboy butter for the ultimate flavor-packed bite. These wings come out of the oven golden and juicy, then get coated in a buttery blend of herbs and garlic that clings to every crispy edge.

Ingredients
- 5 pounds chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Cowboy Rub
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 ½ tablespoons Rustic Garlic Blend
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- optional: grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF. Line 2 sheet pans with foil and top with wire cooling racks.
- Add chicken wings to a large bowl and toss with cornstarch and Cowboy Rub.
- Place chicken wings on the sheet pans. Bake for 40 minutes or until wings are crispy and golden. If you do not have cooling racks, place wings directly on the foil line sheet pans and turn halfway through cooking.
- Make cowboy butter by whisking together remaining ingredients.
- Transfer cooked wings to a bowl and toss with cowboy butter. Serve immediately. Finish with parmesan cheese if desired.
