These Cheeseburger Hot Dogs are the best of both worlds! Juicy hot dogs are topped with melty American cheese, crisp shredded lettuce, and a creamy, tangy burger sauce for a fun twist on two classic favorites. Quick, easy, and perfect for cookouts or an easy weeknight dinner.

Cheeseburger Dogs

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayo

  • 1 tablespoon dill relish

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

  • 1 teaspoon Onion & Chive Blend

  • 8 hot dogs

  • 8 hot dog buns

  • 8 slices yellow American cheese

  • 1 cup shredded letuuce

  • pickels

  • sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayo, relish, ketchup, mustard, and Onion & Chive Blend. Set aside until serving.

  2. Prepare hot dogs according to your liking: grilled, boiled, etc.

  3. Add a slice of cheese to each hot dog bun. Bake at 350ºF or place on top rack of grill, until cheese is slightly melted.

  4. Place cooked hot dogs in cheesy buns. Top with prepared burger sauce, pickles, shredded lettuce and sesame seeds.
