1 pound salmon

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon Carne Asada Seasoning

2 avocado

2 teaspoons Cilantro Lime Seasoning

¼ cup sour cream

8 (6-inch) tortillas

toppings such as shredded cabbage, pickles red onions, fresh cilantro, lime wedges
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and grease. Place salmon on the sheet pan. Drizzle with oil and season with brown sugar and Carne Asada Seasoning. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until salmon reaches 135°F.
Meanwhile, mash together avocado, Cilantro Lime Seasoning, and sour cream.
Flake salmon into large pieces using a fork.
Warm tortillas if desired.
Spread avocado mixture on tortillas. Top with salmon and desired toppings.
