Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
-
2 tablespoons Tex-Mex Seasoning

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

10 ounce can fired roasted tomatoes with green chilies

15.5 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed

2 cups shredded cheddar
-
optional garnish: cilantro, red onion, tomatoes, jalapeno
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F .
Heat a deep 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until completely browned.
Stir in Tex-Mex Seasoning and cream cheese until completely melted and combined.
Remove pan from heat. Stir in tomatoes, beans, and shredded cheese. Season with salt to taste if desired.
Transfer pan to oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
Allow dip to cool slightly before topping with garnish. Serve with chips and/or veggies.
