Hot Honey Salmon

Ingredients

3 tablespoons avocado oil

2 ½ tablespoons Nashville Hot Seasoning, divided

2 pounds skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch strips

½ cup honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil.
In a bowl, whisk together avocado oil and 1 ½ tablespoons Nashville Hot Seasoning. Add salmon strips and toss to coat in seasoning.
Transfer the coated salmon to the foil lined sheet pan. Bake for about 8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish, or until cooked to desired doneness; 130°-140°F for medium-well.
Meanwhile, heat honey and remaining 1 tablespoon Nashville Hot Seasoning in the microwave for about 20-30 seasoning; stir to incorporate.
Drizzle cooked salmon with hot honey.
