Ingredients
-
1 pound ground turkey
-
½ cup baby spinach
-
1/4cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
-
½ cup crumbled feta
-
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
-
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Rustic Garlic Blend, divided
-
¾ teaspoon Cowboy Rub, divided
-
1 cucumber
-
6 ounces Greek yogurt
-
8 leaves Bibb lettuce
-
5 buns
-
1 tablespoon chopped dill
-
¼ red onion, sliced
Directions
In a bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon Rustic Garlic Blend, and ½ teaspoon Cowboy Rub. Refrigerate while you prepare tzatziki sauce.
Half the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds. Shred the cucumber using a grater.
Combine the shredded cucumber with Greek yogurt, remaining 1 teaspoon Rustic Garlic Blend, remaining ¼ teaspoon Cowboy Rub, and dill.
Shape turkey mixture into 5 patties (about ½ cup per patty). Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Cook burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until completely cooked through.
Grill or toast buns if desired.
Serve burgers on buns with tzatziki sauce, lettuce and sliced red onion.
